we aim to dispatch orders within 5 business days from the receipt of your order. once we have dispatched your order, you will receive a confirmation email to the address you provided at checkout. please ensure all contact information you provide is valid as we will use this information to contact you if any issues arise.
unless stated otherwise, shipping costs will be included at the time of purchase. we will always try to seek the most reliable and cost effective way of getting you your goods.
for delivery within Dublin City, we use a biker delivery service at a cost of €5. we also offer a "click and collect" service, by appointment only.
for delivery to the rest of Ireland and Northern Ireland we use standard mail, at a cost of up to €14.50, depending on package size and weight.
for delivery to Wales, Scotland and England, the cost is based solely on package size and weight.
for Ireland + UK customers: delivery is between 1-5 business days of parcels being sent, Monday - Friday 9am-5pm.
for deliveries to all other countries, delivery time is between 5-11 business days of your parcel being sent, Monday - Friday 9am-5pm. service varies dependant on your region, package size and weight. if you require a different method of delivery please contact us before purchasing to enquire.
we are sorry to inform you we do not offer track/trace delivery or offer insurance on orders of under €140.
we are able to change or cancel an order up until it has been dispatched. if you wish to do so please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
because all of our goods are handmade, they are each a unique piece. as such, they may be slightly different to those shown on our website or have a colour varient. we do our very best to show each product with accuracy but their uniqueness is why we are so passionate about them.
we believe in our makers' excellence and hold them to a very high standard. every item is checked before being dispatched but should you receive an item that is damaged or broken, please contact us within 3 days of delivery by emailing email@example.com to inform us you will be returning/exchanging you item(s). after informing us please return them within 7 days. Created+Found will not accept returned items that are not in their original condition and original packaging.
Created+Found does not take responsibility for the cost of returned goods nor will we refund shipping costs.
